VEGAS $5,000 GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

"Vegas $5,000 Getaway" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST")
on January 1st, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31st, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period").
1. TO ENTER.
There are two ways to enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, 1) go to http://www.TigerGaming.net and
follow the links on the homepage to the “Vegas $5,000 Getaway” Sweepstakes,
download and install the free software, run the software, click on the “Sign
Up for Free Now” button, complete and submit the create new account form,
which will ask for your email address, city, country, Sign-In Name and password,
and be automatically entered into the sweepstakes, or 2) legibly print on a
3 inch by 5 inch card: “Vegas $5,000 Getaway Sweepstakes”, your
full name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number then mail,
with first class postage affixed, in an envelope to: Vegas $5,000 Getaway Sweepstakes,
Action Commerce Limited, 1255 West Pender Street, Suite 100, Vancouver, BC, V6E 2V1,
Canada. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 31st, 2006. Limit
one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated
means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted
are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsors
and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants using electronic entry must
be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.
Sponsors may require proof to their satisfaction of entrants' registered subscriber
status. All entries are subject to the privacy policy located at http://www.TigerGaming.net/aboutus/privacy.html.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States
and the District of Columbia (RESIDENTS OF GUAM, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA and
HAWAII ARE EXCLUDED) and Canada who are twenty one years of age or older
as of the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska,
Hawaii and where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or
regulations. Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Action Commerce
Limited (the "Sponsor"), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and those directly involved
in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes,
and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children,
and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or persons living in the same
households as such persons are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or
win a prize.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER.
Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all
eligible entries on or about October 2nd, 2006 by the Sponsor, whose
decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are at least one in
one million. Potential winner will be notified by mail, email or telephone
and will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind,
whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing
question prior to being declared the winner. Winner will be required
to sign and return to the Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability
and, where legal, a publicity release within 10 days of issuance of notification.
If any prize notification is undeliverable, or if potential winner fails
to correctly answer a skill testing question, or if winner fails to return
the completed, executed and notarized documentation within the time specified
above, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or
any other Sweepstakes requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its
entirety and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining
eligible entries.
4. PRIZE.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following:
- A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on dates specified by
Sponsor. The trip includes return economy air transportation for two
(2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA from the Canadian or United States departure
point which is closest to the winner's place of residence, ground transportation
between Las Vegas airport and the hotel, three (3) nights standard
accommodation (double occupancy) for two (2) in Las Vegas, Nevada,
USA up to $2500 in total cost; and
- two (2) tickets to “O” at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino
on dates specified by Sponsor up to $400 in total cost; and
- a dinner for two (2) at the Delmonico Steakhouse in the Venetian
Hotel & Casino up to $400 in total cost including tip and taxes
on dates specified by Sponsor; and
- a Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour for two (2) departing from Las Vegas,
Nevada, USA, up to $700 in total cost including taxes; and
- $1000 in cash.
The approximate retail value that the Grand Prize
Winner (the “Winner”) will receive is US$5,000 based on a Toronto,
Ontario departure. Grand Prize must be fully redeemed by Winner within
4 months of the selection of the Winner. Failure of the Winner to redeem
the Grand Prize fully within that time will result in forfeiture by the
Winner of the Grand Prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be
selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The actual retail
value may vary depending upon Winner's point of origin and airfare fluctuations.
The Winner and his/her guest must travel on the trip dates specified by
Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to select airline and accommodation
at its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a
portion of the Grand Prize of equal or greater value in the event the Grand
Prize cannot be awarded or fulfilled in its entirety for any reason and,
in such circumstances, the Sponsor will not be liable to the Winner for
anything other than the awarding of a substitute prize by Sponsor. If the
Winner and/or his/her travel companion does not accept or participate in
any portion of the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever, then the Winner,
and/or his/her travel companion forfeits that portion of Grand Prize, and
Sponsor shall have no further obligation or liability to the Winner and/or
his/her travel companion with respect to the forfeited portion of the Grand
Prize. The Sponsor makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with
respect to safety, appearance or performance of the Grand Prize or any
activity connected with the Grand Prize. All other expenses not specified
herein, including but not limited to ground transportation to and from
departure airport; meals; airport taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges;
personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service, gratuities,
optional tours, insurance, medical travel documents, and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize
package, are the responsibility of the Winner and his/her guest. Winner
is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local
taxes, and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use
of prize, except as otherwise stated above. If Winner is a legal resident
of Canada, the Winner and his/her guest must have a valid passport and
the right to enter the United States of America. The Winner and his/her
guest are responsible for all required medical and travel related necessities
(including inoculations) and documentation. The Winner and his/her guest
must travel together, and the guest must be eligible under these rules.
Minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective
trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only.
No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for cancelled, delayed, suspended
or rescheduled events after ticketing of Prize for any reason whatsoever
beyond its control. Transportation and accommodations subject to availability,
blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline,
airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions
may apply. A cash offer of US$2,500 may be awarded at the option of the
Winner in lieu of the Grand Prize described above. The Winner must make
this irrevocable election in writing to the Sponsor within ten (10) days
of being declared the winner.
5. DISCLAIMER.
Entrant assumes all liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed
to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance
and/or use of any prize and releases from any such liability Sponsor, and
its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, cable
operators, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective
employees, directors, agents, officers, and those directly involved in the
development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes
(collectively, "Releasees"). Releasees assume no responsibility
for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer
relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software
in connection with this Sweepstakes. Releasees are not responsible for technical,
hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable
network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled
or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes
or by any human or other error which may occur in the processing of the entries
in this Sweepstakes. By entering, entrant agrees that Sponsor (except where
prohibited by law) may use entrant's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice
for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media
without additional compensation. Releasees are not responsible for telecommunications,
network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate
transcription of entry information, for any human or other error, or for
entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions,
lost, late, or damaged.
6. ADDITIONAL RULES. This Sweepstakes is sponsored
by Action Commerce Limited, 1255 West Pender Street, Suite 100, Vancouver, BC, V6E 2V1,
Canada (the “Sponsor"). By entering, entrants agree to abide
by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions
are binding and final. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable
of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs,
worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,
or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole
opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to void suspect entries and/or
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and in the event
of cancellation or termination, at its discretion select the potential
winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to
such cancellation or termination. The use of any device to automate the
entry process is prohibited.
7. WINNER'S NAME/OFFICIAL RULES.

copy of these official rules (specify which), send a self-addressed stamped
